Double whammy

At lunch today I almost took up an offer to go out for lunch rather than using the time to sweat.

My legs which yesterday felt like pistons of power today felt like burning bricks. I got changed. I jogged to long walk, I started running.

Felt rubbish. Got to three miles and decided to run faster. Carried on running faster till the end. Almost fell down stairs after sitting at desk for ages afterwards. Good beasting considering i monged it but still was faster than same run when feeling fresh earlier in the year.

Two in one day. HAPPY?
