I completed Ironman Wales in September 2014, blogging to raise money for Macmillan and to keep motivated with training. I'm keeping it ticking over as I enjoyed it and regret the loss of the original beasting blog from some years ago when fundraising in memory of Dave Scrutton.

Bang!
Haven't shot in a year but this quick grouping is reassuring in event of zombie apocalypse.
Also went swimming so if I run out of ammo or can't get hold of a rifle I can swim away.
