I completed Ironman Wales in September 2014, blogging to raise money for Macmillan and to keep motivated with training. I'm keeping it ticking over as I enjoyed it and regret the loss of the original beasting blog from some years ago when fundraising in memory of Dave Scrutton.

New Bike
I cant get bike to work scheme and with two kids I was never going to be able to afford a top end carbon beauty. Instead I've gone second hand and I hope you agree that this bike is likely to cause a stir when seen racked up in transition.
You should rack this up just for the fun of it :D... and look serious whilst doing it :D
